This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between you and us, superseding all prior agreements, representations, and understandings regarding the Site, its content, and the products and services offered. 2. Pricing
All prices are listed and processed in US dollars at checkout. Dunkinsdiamonds.com does not negotiate prices, and all listed prices are final. We strive to ensure the accuracy of pricing on our website. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders if an inaccurate or erroneous price is displayed. In such cases, we will refund the amount listed on the checkout receipt using the original payment method. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a cancellation due to a pricing error, the refund will be your sole and exclusive remedy.
In-store pricing may vary from online pricing. All final purchase prices will be confirmed at the time of processing.

Dunkinsdiamonds.com is committed to offering competitive prices. We will do our best to match the price on an identical product of the same size and quality. Customers must provide verifiable proof of the competitor's price, such as a direct link or advertisement. The determination of whether an item is of identical size and quality is at the sole discretion of Dunkinsdiamonds.com.
Only one coupon code may be used per order, if applicable. Coupon codes cannot be combined. In cases where multiple codes are entered, the highest-value code will be applied. Price adjustments cannot be made after an order has been processed.
3. Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all displayed products are in stock and available. However, occasional inventory errors may occur. Dunkinsdiamonds.com reserves the right to cancel an order or substitute an item of similar appearance and value if the original item is unavailable.
4. Our Stance on Conflict Diamonds
Dunkinsdiamonds.com guarantees that all diamonds sold are purchased from legitimate sources that are not involved in funding conflict and are in compliance with United Nations resolutions. We ensure that our diamonds are conflict-free based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by our suppliers.
5. Photography
Product images may be enlarged or reduced to show detail or display the entire item. Therefore, items may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. It is your responsibility to review the listed size and weight of each stone and not rely solely on photographs when making your purchasing decision.
6. Refund and Return Policy
Our Return Policy, which may be updated from time to time, is an integral part of this Agreement and is detailed on our website under "Returns & Exchanges." All returns must include the original documentation provided with the purchase. A $250 replacement fee will be charged for any diamond returned without the original diamond grading report. Insurance replacements are not covered by our standard Return Policy.
Certain jewelry and/or diamond items may be designated as final sale and may not be eligible for return.
7. Comparison Purchasing
To maintain competitive prices for our customers, Dunkinsdiamonds.com does not allow comparison purchasing, which involves buying multiple items with the intention of returning all but one. This practice results in unnecessary restocking and inventory overhead.
8. Payments
By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that: (i) all credit information provided is accurate and complete; (ii) your credit card company will honor the charges incurred; and (iii) you will pay all charges, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the posted prices.
9. Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty protects against manufacturing defects in our products. If a defect is found in a Dunkinsdiamonds.com product, it can be returned for inspection. If the defect is determined to be due to a manufacturing flaw, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If the damage is due to normal wear and tear, we will repair the product at cost, including return shipping. Dunkinsdiamonds.com has the sole discretion to determine if a defect is due to a manufacturing fault. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items for inspection. This Warranty is non-transferable and is void if ownership of the property changes.
10. Diamond Upgrades
Our Diamond Upgrade Program applies only to undamaged diamonds originally purchased from Dunkinsdiamonds.com. The diamond must be less than or equal to $15,000 at the time of original purchase, and the new diamond must be at least twice the value of the original. All diamonds returned for upgrade must be accompanied by the original diamond grading report. A restocking fee will apply to the returned diamond, and coupon codes or discounts are not valid for upgrades. Upgraded diamonds are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
11. Custom Jewelry
Custom Jewelry refers to designs created for customers ("Custom Design"). You certify that you own the Custom Design and that it does not infringe on any intellectual property rights of others. Once payment is submitted to initiate a custom design draft, the design charge is non-refundable. Custom jewelry will not be manufactured until the customer approves the drawings in writing via certified mail or email. Once approved, the custom item is not eligible for return or replacement. Delivery estimates for custom jewelry are approximate and not guaranteed. Actual delivery dates may vary by up to 10 business days. Custom jewelry is covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Dunkinsdiamonds.com owns all designs, renderings, drawings, and models created by our employees and/or designers. By submitting and casting your Custom Design, you grant Dunkinsdiamonds.com a perpetual, nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and display any portion of the Custom Design. We reserve the right to market, publicize, and share any and all designs and images of the Custom Design. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dunkinsdiamonds.com from any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, or expenses resulting from the production of the Custom Design, including any claims of intellectual property infringement.
12. Setting a Diamond(s) or (Gem) Stone(s) Not Purchased from Dunkinsdiamonds.com
While we strive to provide exceptional service and craftsmanship, there is a possibility of loss or breakage of stones or diamonds during the setting process. Dunkinsdiamonds.com is not responsible for replacing stones or diamonds lost or damaged in our workshop. By sending stones to Dunkinsdiamonds.com, you acknowledge the risk of potential loss or damage. If a diamond or stone needs to be replaced, we will provide you with the details of the loss or breakage and the replacement cost.
13. Ring Resizing
Rings purchased from Dunkinsdiamonds.com can be resized free of charge within 90 days of the purchase date (domestic orders only). After 90 days, resizing will be done at cost, including return shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending rings for resizing. We do not offer resizing services for international orders. Eternity bands, some custom designs, and certain materials cannot be resized.
14. Gift Cards & Certificates
Dunkinsdiamonds.com Gift Cards or Certificates can be purchased up to a maximum of $5,000.00. Electronic Gift Cards are delivered to the recipient via email. Physical Gift Cards can be mailed directly to the recipient or to you. Unless required by law, Gift Cards and Certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable.
15. Use of Information
You authorize us to use and assign all information regarding your use of the Site and any information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated to us (a "Submission") will become our property. We are not required to treat any Submission as confidential and will not be liable for any ideas or similarities that may appear in our future products, services, or operations. We will have exclusive ownership of all present and future rights to the Submission and may use it for any commercial or other purpose without compensation to you. You are responsible for the material you submit, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.
16. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time, is part of this Agreement and can be reviewed on the Dunkinsdiamonds.com website.
17. Registration
Certain areas of the Site may require registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information using your real name and accurate details. Registration is for your personal use only and not on behalf of any other person or entity. We do not permit the use of registered sections under another person's name or access through a single name being made available to multiple users. You are responsible for preventing unauthorized use of your registration.
