Description:	We provide the space and tools! You provide service to your customers and ours! Retail jeweler Dunkin's Diamonds is seeking an experienced independent watchmaker to join its team in Ft. Myers and Naples, Florida in a completely built out space. Independent watchmakers at Dunkin's Diamonds are responsible for completing repairs for our customers but are also free to build their own business. Watchmakers should be proficient in all aspects of Quartz service repairs including polish, with formal training and experience performing full-service repairs on mechanical and automatic movements.
Requirements:	Position Requirements: Technical school training and/or professional experience Experience in the diagnosis and repair of mechanical and quartz merchandise Complete repairs and refinish cases Perform water resistance methods and testing techniques Basic verbal and written English communication skills Primary Responsibilities: Complete quality repairs on all assigned customer owned merchandise repairs for complex quartz and mechanical watches Communicate status updates and areas of concern to management Comply with all policies and procedures Identify and requisition parts for repairs Work with other watchmakers to resolve challenging repairs
