Q. What types of jewelry does Dunkin’s Diamonds offer?

A. We not only carry one of the largest selections of diamond engagement rings and bridal jewelry but we also carry an extensive selection of earrings, pendants, bracelets, a variety of other diamond jewelry, and timepieces. We feature most of the top jewelry designers as well as the latest fashions and styles. Browse our website or stop by any of our store locations to see our full selection.

Q. How do I choose the perfect piece of jewelry for that special someone?

A. If they have not been dropping any hints, have a peek at the jewelry they currently wear. This should give you an idea of their style. Make note of whether they like white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, or all three, and is the style simple or ornate? It is usually a good idea to know their ring, wrist and neck sizes as well. Another useful tip, unless you are planning to surprise them, they will probably be more than delighted to help you shop!

Q. How often does Dunkin’s Diamonds add diamonds to your inventory?

A. Dunkin’s Diamonds adds new diamonds to our inventory daily.

Q. What are conflict-free diamonds?

A. Conflict-free diamonds are diamonds that were NOT obtained through human rights abuses, child labor, violence, or environmental degradation. Dunkin’s Diamonds works diligently to ensure our customers receive conflict-free diamonds. Our internal practices exceed government requirements.

  1. We manufacture most of our own diamonds, so we know the diamonds are conflict-free.
  2. We purchase only polished diamonds from professionals within the diamond trade.
  3. We require contracts from our suppliers that guarantee their diamonds are conflict-free.

Q. I currently have a diamond; I would like to purchase a setting from Dunkin’s Diamonds. Are you able to set my diamond into your ring?

A. Yes we can! If you only want the setting (no diamond), please contact us at 1.877.343.4883 with the SKU and we will be happy to help you.

Q. Do I have to pay extra, if I purchase an engagement ring and a loose diamond, to have the diamond set into the ring?

A. Absolutely not! As a matter of fact, choosing your diamond separately makes your ring distinctive.

Q. Oops, I ordered the incorrect ring size, what do I do?

A. Every customer is entitled to one free ring resize within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, the fee is dependent on how much bigger or smaller your ring needs to be, what metal it is, how much the metal needs manipulated and how the diamonds or gemstones and other design elements of the ring will affect the new shape. You can text us, email us, schedule a virtual appointment or visit any of our locations and have a free no-obligation consultation. After resizing Dunkin’s Diamonds will return the ring via two-day shipping at no charge to you. Please note tension rings and eternity bands cannot be resized and will have to be entirely remanufactured.

Q. Can I order through dunkinsdiamonds.com?

A. Yes! Purchase diamonds, rings, and other fine jewelry utilizing our secure checkout process.

Q. What if I buy a diamond from Dunkin's Diamonds, and decide later that I want a bigger diamond?

A. It's called our Lifetime Upgrade Program. Dunkin's Diamonds is proud to offer a full lifetime upgrade on selected natural loose diamonds. On eligible items, Dunkin's Diamonds will allow its full purchase price towards natural diamond jewelry of at least double the trade-in value. There is no limit on the number of times you can upgrade your natural diamond and there is no restocking fee. Please feel free to contact Dunkin's Diamonds to see if the diamond you purchased with us is eligible for the Lifetime Upgrade Program.

In some instances, a diamond may have incurred damage, through daily wear. We will accept the diamond back, deducting the cost of polishing and reshaping.

Please note that diamonds purchased through our online "Design Your Own Ring" feature and our online collection of loose diamonds are not eligible for the Lifetime Upgrade Program.

Q. Can I receive cleanings and inspections free of charge?

A. Yes. Bring your diamonds and jewelry into any of our store locations as often as you like for free professional cleaning and inspection (not available at dunkinsdiamonds.com).

Q. How do I obtain insurance for my jewelry?

A. We recommend Zillion Insurance, as we've partnered with them to make it quick and easy to replace or repair your jewelry at $0 cost to you in the event of loss, theft, damage, or disappearance. You can purchase at the time of checkout with your jewelry OR obtain a quote at myzillion.com.

Q. I saw something I love online. Can I see it in the store?

A. Yes! While not all online items are guaranteed to be available in every store, many are. We recommend calling your nearest Dunkin’s Diamonds location with the item number or a screenshot of what you saw so we can check availability or transfer it for viewing.

Q. I saw something I love in the store but can’t find it on the website.

A. Some of our in-store inventory is exclusive or limited in quantity and may not be listed online. If you saw something in-store you loved, call that location directly or text us a description or photo. We’ll do our best to help you locate it or offer a comparable option.

Q. Do I need an appointment to come to your showroom to shop?

A. Appointments are not required—walk-ins are always welcome! However, if you'd like personalized assistance or are shopping for a specific occasion like an engagement, we recommend scheduling an appointment so we can give you our full attention.

Q. What does Certified Previously-Enjoyed Mean?

A. Certified Previously-Enjoyed watches are pre-owned timepieces that have undergone a full inspection, authentication, and servicing by our experts. Each watch is carefully verified for quality and function, so you can shop with confidence.

Q. Does Dunkin’s Diamonds accept trade-ins for watches?

A. Yes. We accept trade-ins of select luxury watch brands toward the purchase of a new or Certified Previously-Enjoyed watch. Bring your timepiece in for an evaluation and let us help you upgrade.

Q. Can you source any watch?

A. We have access to a broad network of watch dealers and distributors. If you’re looking for a specific brand or model, let us know—we’ll do our best to locate it for you.

Q. Does Dunkin’s Diamonds have a layaway policy for watches?

A. Yes! Our six-month layaway program is available for watches as well. Just contact your local store to get started.

Q. Will my watch purchase come with a warranty?

A. Yes. All new watches come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Certified Previously-Enjoyed watches come with a limited warranty from Dunkin’s Diamonds. Ask us for specifics on any watch you’re considering.

Q. What services does Dunkin’s Diamonds offer for watches?

A. We offer battery replacement, strap resizing, polishing, and other minor repairs at select locations. For more advanced servicing, we can coordinate professional watchmaker services through our trusted partners.

Q. Is Dunkin’s Diamonds an authorized watch dealer?

A. Dunkin’s Diamonds is an authorized retailer for select watch brands. For others, we carry Certified Previously-Enjoyed pieces that have been thoroughly inspected and authenticated. Please contact us for more information on specific brands.

BUYING, TRADE-INS AND REPAIR

Q. Does Dunkin’s Diamonds offer trade-ins?

A. Yes, we do. You may trade in your jewelry or natural mined diamonds for any jewelry or select diamonds at least double the trade-in value. The trade-in value is the original purchase price, excluding charges such as tax and shipping. Lab-grown diamonds and color gemstone jewelry are not eligible for trade-in. Trade-Ins of in-store and online purchases are accepted at any Dunkin's Diamonds location. Please visit any of our store locations to trade-in your in-store or online purchase.

In some instances, jewelry or diamonds may have incurred damage, through daily wear. We will still accept the jewelry or diamonds, and simply deduct the cost of polishing and reshaping.

Q. Does Dunkin’s Diamonds offer jewelry repair?

A. Dunkin’s Diamonds offers on-site Goldsmith services to all of our customers, including custom work. A Goldsmith is available at most of our locations for your convenience and peace of mind.

Q. What if I did not purchase the item at Dunkin’s Diamonds?

A. Contact us, we will gladly repair your precious jewelry whether the item(s) was purchased at Dunkin’s Diamonds or not.

FINANCING AND LAYAWAY

Q. What forms of payment does Dunkin’s Diamonds accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express & Optima American Express. We also accept personal checks, certified checks, and cash at all our locations. Online purchase payments may be made with all major credit cards, PayPal, Affirm, and Synchrony (Only offered in-store)

Q. Does Dunkin’s Diamonds offer financing?

A. Yes, financing is available; please contact any of our stores for details.

Q. Is there a layaway program available at Dunkin’s Diamonds?

A. Yes, there is a six-month layaway program available! Please contact any of our stores for details.

Q. Is sales tax charged on my order?

A. Dunkin’s Diamonds charges sales tax only on purchases shipped to Ohio and Florida.

Q. When will my credit card be billed?

A. Immediately at the time of purchase.

Q. Am I able to use two separate credit cards?

A. If you would like to pay with different credit cards, please contact us at 1.877.343.4883, Monday- Friday 10am-6pm (EST).

Q. What is the credit card security code?

A. The security code is a 3 or 4-digit number that appears on the credit card. Visa and MasterCard cardholders will find this code above the signature on the back of the card. Discover and American Express cardholders will find the number on the top right on the front of the card.

SHIPPING & ORDERS

Q. What is your typical turnaround Time for New Purchases?

A. In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or special order items may take longer, and estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or by your sales associate.

Q. Do you Ship Outside of the United States?

A. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Q. Can I ship to a different address other than my billing address?

A. Yes. During checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a different shipping address. For your security, we may require additional verification before processing the order.

Q. Are Shipment Signature Required?

A. Yes. We require an adult signature for all deliveries to ensure your order is received safely and securely.

Q. How Do I Check The Status of My Order?

Q. What if my purchase gets lost during shipment?

A. Your order is wholly insured during shipping and we require a signature for all packages. Dunkin's Diamonds is dedicated to ensuring that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

Q. What is Dunkin’s Diamonds' return policy?

A. Items purchased in store may not be returned, but can be exchanged. Items purchased online may be returned within 30 days of purchase in unworn and unaltered condition with original packaging, receipt, and certification (if applicable). Custom or engraved items may not be eligible. Please refer to our full return policy or speak with a store associate for more information.

Q. What cannot be refunded?

A. Custom designs, special orders, engraved items, worn merchandise, and items altered by anyone other than Dunkin’s Diamonds cannot be refunded. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Q. How do I exchange at a store?

A. Bring the item, along with your receipt and any included documents, to any Dunkin’s Diamonds location. A store associate will guide you through the exchange process.

Q. How do I return by mail?

Q. How will I get my refund?

A. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Q. What if I would like to return an item I received as a gift?

A. Gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit, provided the item is in new condition and accompanied by a gift receipt or proof of purchase. Please visit a store or contact us for assistance.

All sensitive information is encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL).
