Oval Shape Silver Gemstone & Diamond Pendant

An enchanting semi-precious pendant with diamonds, this catches your attention instantly. The brilliant blue topaz offers the pendant color and beauty. Medallion-shaped, the pendant features an 8x6MM oval cut blue topaz nestled in the center, with round cut diamonds encircling it. There are 12 pave set round cut diamonds forming a halo around the semi-precious stone, followed by a bubble textured exterior row. A milgrain finished twin arm loop holder extends from the medallion top, to attach to the 1.0MM cable chain that comes included with the pendant. Both are styled in silver.
