It features a two-tiered circular shape center mount, with the top tier embellished with 9 invisible set round cut diamonds, one in the center and 8 haloing it. The lower tier is decorated with 18 micro wall set round cut diamonds that encircle the top tier. Adorning the shank are 25 each, total 50, micro wall set round cut diamonds on either side.
