All orders in Florida or Ohio are available for in-store pick-up at no cost to you. If you choose to pick-up in-store, Dunkin's Diamonds will send you an email with date for pick-up availability*.
Delivery to Your Door
All orders to U.S. street addresses will be shipped via UPS or Federal Express. Dunkin's Diamonds only ships to street addresses, please contact customerservice@dunkins.net for all PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
Signature Required
Dunkin's Diamonds requires a signature on all orders $500 and above, regardless of any signature waiver you may have on file.
Shipments to Addresses Other than the Billing Address
For your protection, merchandise orders over $1,000 cannot be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your method of payment.
When your order will ship:
Orders for in-stock merchandise that does not require ring sizing:
Orders that are placed and payment approved by 11:59 PM Monday - Friday EST will be shipped no later than two business days. (Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays)
Orders that are placed and payment approved on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be shipped no later than two business days. (Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays)
If ring-sizing services are required please allow up to three business days before the order is shipped.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Dunkin's Diamonds containing the tracking information and a link to the carrier’s website.
